Hi guys,

Templespa are a sustainable British skincare company who create exceptional , cruelty free, vegan and vegetarian skincare products. I was initially intrigued by them as I want to use only cruelty free products in my routine and Templespa can help me achieve this. Their products are created to honour the body as it is treated like a living temple and there is something so luxurious about that. As the name suggests, you literally feel as though you are at a spa when using the products as they are that extravagant. Recently my skin type has become dry as I have been using retinoic acid in my routine, therefore I thought the best kit for me to use was the dry kit, however the kits are also available for oily, sensitive and combination skin types.

Dry Skin Essentials Kit (£74)

Included in the kit is the In the Beginning Deep Cleansing Melt, Toning Essence and Double Cream Hydrating Moisturiser packaged into a lovely travel bag. Not only do you get the bag as a bonus but also save £10 when buying the kit as a whole rather than individually (£74). Let's start with the In the Beginning Deep Cleansing Melt. I have thoroughly enjoyed using this. It is a complete experience as the texture is grainy at first but melts into a smooth butter. This accompanied with the opulent scents of lavender make it pure bliss. It contains calendula fruit extract which promotes and restores damaged skin and olive fruit extract which again help repair skin.  I use this as my first cleanse and it completely melts all the impurities away. Out of the three this is probably my favourite product. My skin already feels nourished even before I reach for my toner and moisturiser.

The Toning essence is really pleasurable and I love the fact that it comes with a spray nozzle, this means you can use it as a two in one product, either spraying onto a reusable cotton pad and wiping across the face or even using it as a mist to refresh your skin in the middle of the day. I enjoy using this product but I wouldn't say it has blown me away or made a massive difference to my skin. The fact it is alcohol free though is perfect as alcohol can leave your skin very dry. The packaging is also made from 30% consumer recycled plastic which emphasises the fact that sustainability is at the core of the brand. Key ingredients are tomato for sebum control, basil oil which is nourishing on the skin and melon extract which softens the skin and again smells lovely.

Bottom: Cleansing Melt

The final product in the kit is the Double Cream Hydrating Moisturiser and hydrating it is! It is literally indulgence in a jar. It is very intensely hydrating and very rich. Perfect for dehydrated skin and leaves skin feeling dewy and plump. It really is a double cream so the base it quite heavy but at the same time the skin literally drinks it up. What I love about this product specifically is that it leaves the skin nourished all day. It is packed with vitamin E, Echinacea and avocado oil which as all great for replenishing the skin. This cream has become my little bit of indulgence at the start of my day and I am loving it.

The MY KINDA SKIN Dry Skin Essentials Kit is the perfect product for someone who wants a whole routine created for them. Each product compliments the other so well and would make a great gift too. I am so happy I have been introduced to the brand and can't wait get my hands on more of their products!
